Local 98's contract with the NY District of the Army Corps is available, here.
This contract covers the employment of some 330 bargaining unit (BU) employees throughout the NY District of the Army Corps of Engineers (USACE-NAN). As of August 2020, this contract is still current and will remain in effect until a new contract is negotiated. Those negotiations are set to start this fall.
Any members of the NAN BU interested in influencing the content of the new contract should join the union and participate in our regular meetings and feel free to reach out to the union officers at ifpte98@gmail.com with any specific questions or feedback.
